The Kavounas family, owners of COLDWELL BANKER HERITAGE REAL ESTATE, has been in the real estate business for over 39 years. We’re your neighbors. While our resources have national strength, our roots have local depth. Our parents and grandparents were business people as we grew up; our children work here as well. Because of this, we take our responsibility seriously because COLDWELL BANKER HERITAGE REAL ESTATE is more than a company name; it’s our personal stake in the area we serve.

COLDWELL BANKER HERITAGE REAL ESTATE’S offices service eight counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Berks, Monroe, Carbon, Montgomery, Warren) and are members of three multi-list services. We offer a full service Relocation Department as well as specialties in new homes, commercial/industrial, and land sales. Other services include rentals, property management, and a licensed real estate school. For the convenience of our clients, we offer One-Stop Shopping services including mortgage, settlement and title, and general insurance.

In addition to placing in the top 10 real estate companies locally, we were named to the prestigious Chairman’s Circle of Coldwell Banker for 25 consecutive years (top 5% in the country), and received the “President’s Award of Honor” from Coldwell Banker for outstanding production and leadership for the past three years.
